Responsibilities within your new role

As the newest Sous Chef, you will work closely with the senior team, including the Head Chef, to maintain a high-quality delivery of the seasonal menus, alongside assisting in the development of junior chefs. You will take ownership of running the kitchen smoothly including daily shift management and ensuring the kitchen is ready for service ahead of time.

The shifts for this role are 4 or 5 days out of 7.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

To take on the role of Sous Chef you must have the drive and attention to detail to perform your duties to the highest standard. We are looking for someone who is passionate and has experience in a similar role.
