Responsibilities within your new role as Sous Chef

  • Take a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and executing our food offerings.
  • Guide and support the kitchen teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to build a cohesive and successful kitchen team.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to health and safety protocols.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef within a high-quality establishment. You should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage high-stress situations and maintain professionalism at all times.
