Your rate of pay and hours of work
We're offering an hourly rate of £16, paid on a weekly basis, complemented by additional accrued holiday pay. This role is temporary, providing flexibility with a selection of shifts available between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday through Sunday. Customise your schedule to fit your lifestyle!
Your responsibilities in your new role
In your role as the PVG Chef, you'll be a vital part of the home, crafting delectable meals for residents and assisting in post-service cleanup. You will collaborate closely with fellow kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate preparation of all food orders while adhering to health and safety regulations. Your culinary expertise will contribute to a seamless and delightful dining experience for the residents.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
For success in this role, a demonstrated history as a Chef in a comparable setting is essential, along with the possession of PVG/DBS checks or the ability to acquire them. A beneficial addition would be a Food Hygiene Level 2 certification. You should have the ability to remain calm in busy and high-pressure situations while having strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
