Stafffinders are currently on the lookout for dedicated, experienced Chef de Parties for various, exciting, temporary live-in assignments across Scotland. These are great opportunities to gain further experience within the hospitality industry and boost your knowledge as a Chef.

Our temporary assignments are in beautiful venues around Scotland, many with immediate starts to get you started as soon as possible.
Your rate of pay and hours of work
- Rate of pay from £13 per hour,
- Hours of work also vary, with flexible shifts throughout the week,
- Free accommodation and meals,
- Pay is weekly, with holiday pay accrued on top of the hourly rate.
Responsibilities in your new role
To support Senior Chefs to deliver exceptional food while supporting the communication of compliance requirements to all team members with regard to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and any other related legislative requirements.
Other key duties:
- Take responsibility for the section that you are assigned to and ensure that you prepare and cook all dishes to the highest standard,
- Be a proactive member of the team and work positively with the front-of-house teams,
- Be involved in the menu planning, taking onboard seasonality and sustainability of ingredients.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Previous Chef De Partie experience is essential, ideally within a fast-paced, versatile working environment. Do you have the drive and determination to learn and deliver above expectations? Then working with Stafffinders is for you!
As an individual you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be able to meet targets in a highly demanding environment.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, speak English to a high standard and have great personal presentation.
