Responsibilities in your new role as Pastry Chef de Partie
- Skillfully craft a diverse range of fresh desserts.
- Innovate and introduce new, enticing desserts to elevate menus and daily specials.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Inspect the quality of ingredients and condition of cooking equipment regularly.
- Keep the cooking station tidy and organised, maintaining strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Follow all COSHH, HACCP, and EHO guidelines meticulously.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in a comparable Rosette or 5-star kitchen setting, demonstrating a genuine passion for pastry. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, taking immense pride in their work and committed to delivering exceptional standards. They should excel as a team player, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude. Additionally, the candidate should be exceptionally organised, punctual, and possess a keen eye for detail.
