Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie
As the new Chef de Partie at this incredible venue, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior chefs who have long-garnered outstanding reputations from their experience in some of the best restaurants around the UK and the rest of the world. You will take on an integral role within the kitchen team to create a fantastic fine dining experience for the hotel's clientele, working with some of the best Scottish ingredients.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
