Learn and develop alongside some of the best Chefs in the industry, by joining our incredible client as their new Chef de Partie. In joining this stunning hotel on a permanent, full-time basis, you will have the opportunity to run your own section of the kitchen and accelerate your experience within an award-winning restaurant in the Aberdeen area.

Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie

As the new Chef de Partie at this incredible venue, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior chefs who have long-garnered outstanding reputations from their experience in some of the best restaurants around the UK and the rest of the world. You will take on an integral role within the kitchen team to create a fantastic fine dining experience for the hotel's clientele, working with some of the best Scottish ingredients.  


Your personality, experience and qualifications

We would be delighted to speak to talented Chefs who are able to demonstrate previous experience within a luxury, high-quality yet fast-paced kitchen environment.  

You will have a strong passion for fresh produce and have the drive to develop your expertise within an award-winning restaurant. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and a team player with excellent communication skills combined with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
