The yearly salary for this role is £30,000, with additional earnings from tips/gratuities. Staff members receive perks including affordable staff accommodation and complimentary meals during shifts. Career growth prospects are available, with the potential to advance to Sous Chef position.

 

Responsibilities within your new role as Chef de Partie

  • Expertly preparing, cooking, and presenting exquisite dishes
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to craft menu items, refine recipes, and innovate new dishes
  • Vigilantly monitoring portion sizes and waste to optimise profitability
  • Contributing to the oversight of kitchen health and safety protocols
  • Assisting in maintaining rigorous food hygiene standards 

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Required for this position is proven expertise in a fine-dining or rosette-awarded setting, demonstrating the ability to proficiently manage all kitchen stations. A deep understanding of ingredients and produce, combined with excellent time management abilities, is essential. Staying informed about modern cooking methods and recipes is vital, as is a firm grasp of health and safety regulations.
