Your new employer

You will join a luxury hotel venue located in the stunning Scottish Highlands. Renowned for its breathtaking traditional exterior and exquisite suites, this hotel is beautiful inside and out, attracting locals and tourists alike. Featuring gorgeous scenery surrounding the hotel and a variety of activities right on your doorstep, this venue is also host to a fine dining restaurant and generous event spaces for special occasions.  

 

Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for a specific section of the main kitchen, assisting with the food preparation and cooking delightful dishes to a high standard. Your role will also involve assisting the team of Chefs on shift and keeping the stock rotation up to date at all times. You will be a role model for the team by actively displaying consistent cooking skills, and a positive and proactive attitude along with ensuring that the kitchen team are fully prepared, stocked and set for service.  

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We would love to speak to talented Chefs who have at least 1 year of experience within a similar Chef role, and who is able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and exquisite organisation skills. You’ll be a real team player to be able to work well within a collaborative and supportive team, combined with the ability to produce high-quality dishes.
