Responsibilities in your new role as the Chef de Partie

  • Crafting and presenting delicious, innovative dishes for guests.
  • Overseeing a bustling kitchen section to ensure seamless operations.
  • Efficiently managing orders and deliveries to maintain kitchen workflow.
  • Maintaining impeccable food hygiene standards at all times.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be eligible for the Chef de Partie role you should have strong experience working within a fine-dining or industry-leading venue. A methodical mindset is crucial, paired with adaptability and quick decision-making skills.
