Responsibilities within your new role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for making and preparing meals for guests at the hotel. You will also manage a station within the kitchen and ensure that all dishes are prepared correctly and in a timely manner. You will work closely with the Sous Chef or Head Chef to receive instructions on food preparation and other tasks required throughout service.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar role within high-volume establishments. You should have excellent knowledge and understanding of food preparation techniques as well as health and hygiene practices within a kitchen setting.
