Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie

  • Run a section of the kitchen smoothly and efficiently

  • Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards

  • Work on the pass during service hours

  • Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve the environment and menus

  • Provide training and guidance to commis and demi chefs

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a comparable Chef de Partie position within a fine dining setting, demonstrating proficiency in handling responsibilities effectively. The ability to thrive under pressure within a dynamic work setting is essential, showcasing adeptness in maintaining composure and efficiency.
