Then look no further! We are currently hiring for a Chef de Partie to work for our prestigious restaurant client, on a permanent basis, on the Isle of Skye.

This role consists of a 4 day working week, earning up to £28,000 per annum.

Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for a specific section of the main kitchen, assisting with the food preparation and cooking delightful dishes to a high standard. Your role will also involve assisting the team of Chefs on shift and keeping the stock rotation up to date at all times.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a high-end kitchen environment, with 3 Rosette or Michelin experience. We are eager to speak to individuals who are looking to take the next step in their career to advance to a Chef de Partie position or those already in the position who are looking for a venue change.

This venue is in a remote location, therefore candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.
