Looking for a new opportunity in the heart of Scotland? We’re on the hunt for an Event and Production Chef to join our prestigious client, located in Pitlochry. As part of the kitchen team, you will work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to prepare delicious meals for hotel guests and events taking place.

Responsibilities within your new role

As the new Event and Production Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals for both event and production settings. This may include cooking up tasty dishes for hotel guests as well as setting up food stations for special events. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for maintaining good hygiene practices at all times while ensuring that you are complying with EHO, HACCAP & COSSH regulations.

 

Your personality, experience, and qualifications

We are looking for a Chef who has previously worked in a production and event kitchen, where you will have had experience cooking a wide range of dishes for a variety of clients. For this role, it is essential that you have a strong understanding of accommodating allergies and dietary requirements, and you can maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
