We require a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our esteemed award-winning hotel client in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented culinary professional to showcase their skills and contribute to our renowned dining experience.

Responsibilities within your new role as a Sous Chef

  • Lead and support the kitchen team in all aspects of food production, ensuring efficiency and high standards
  • Evaluate food products to guarantee consistent quality, taste, and presentation
  • Ensure all health and safety legislation, including HACCP and COSHH records, are up-to-date and adhered to
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for kitchen staff, fostering a positive and educational work environment

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a similar high-level kitchen environment, with a proven track record in a leadership role. They must possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.
