Responsibilities within your new role
As the new Breakfast Chef, you will be overseeing food production for breakfast. It will also be your responsibility to organise and manage nutritious and healthy options for team meals daily, assist with stock control and food wastage, ensure the implementation of health and safety and other legislation, liaise with other departments and attend regular meetings and monitor competitors and be aware of current trends and implement new ideas.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. You will bring creativity and passion to the role and be dedicated to producing outstanding breakfast dishes that wow the residing guests. Attention to detail and being able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment are key to succeeding.
