Responsibilities in your new role as the Commis Chef

  • Follow recipes and uphold quality standards while preparing and cooking menu items

  • Arrange stations and replenish supplies as needed

  • Adhere to food safety and handling protocols

  • Keep the kitchen area clean and organised

  • Work with the kitchen team to maintain operational efficiency

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be successful in this role you should be a passionate individual with a love for food and a strong team spirit. Your background includes relevant experience in a catering setting. Moreover, you possess the skill to execute dishes following predetermined recipes with ease.

Due to the location of this role, a driver's licence and access to your own transport is essential.
