Responsibilities in your new role

As a senior member of the team, your role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, managing orders and deliveries, and maintaining impeccable food hygiene standards. Collaborating with the Head Chef, you'll foster a dynamic kitchen environment, continuously exploring new taste combinations and staying ahead of culinary trends. You'll also oversee menu development, conduct informative food tastings, and ensure your team possesses extensive product knowledge.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You should have previous experience working as part of a fast-moving, quality-driven culinary team, at Sous Chef level, ideally within Michelin and 5-star hotels. You’ll be confident in leading others whilst also being able to work well independently. Having experience with high volumes of service is essential as well as strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. We are keen to speak to individuals who can drive ideas forward whilst also being open to learning from others.
