Responsibilities in your new role as the Food and Beverage Manager

  • Lead the food and beverage department in collaboration with the general manager.
  • Supervise daily operations and personnel management.
  • Implement comprehensive staff training and enforce health and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate and oversee the successful execution of diverse events with impeccable service.
  • Uphold and exceed established standards to consistently delight customers.
