Outstanding luxury hotel venue in the Stirlingshire area looking for an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join them during a period of expansion. An amazing opportunity to join a growing business  and work alongside the very best in the industry. The successful candidate will enjoy a generous salary of £30,000 per annum, along with free meals while working, with shifts lasting no longer than 8 hours.

Responsibilities in your new role as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

  • Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will assist them in the day-to-day running of the department
  • Responsible for onboarding of new staff and staff training
  • Liaise with other department heads to ensure smooth service
  • Ensure standards are maintained and surpassed


Your personality, experience and qualifications

Candidates must have proven prior experience in a luxury 5-star venue, along with a demonstrated history of successfully training staff and holding supervisory or assistant manager positions in restaurant or hotel settings.

Due to the location of the role, it is essential for the chosen candidate to have access to their own transportation.
