Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Manager

Assist in the development and implementation of the 2024 F&B concept, working closely with all departments to ensure the whole team is fully briefed and engaged

Develop and deliver the finest quality customer experience in the North of Scotland, consistent with the venue's reputation and standards

Perform ongoing strategic assessment of restaurant quality and performance

Manage all aspects of wine and spirits strategy

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in managing a 2 AA Rosette restaurant or an equivalent establishment. International exposure in food and beverage management is highly desirable, accompanied by a well-travelled background showcasing a comprehensive grasp of global culinary trends. The ideal candidate will exude confidence in leadership roles and exhibit outstanding communication abilities. We seek individuals who are operationally driven, prioritize the satisfaction of both staff and guests, and display an unyielding dedication to delivering exceptional service.
