Responsibilities in your new role as the Restaurant Manager

In this role, you will support the overall management of the hotel's food and beverage operations, assisting the Food and Beverage Manager. You will lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and continuous development, while strictly adhering to all health and safety regulations. Your dedication to upholding and exceeding exceptional standards will be crucial in maintaining our client’s reputation. Additionally, you will collaborate on the creation and innovation of drinks and food menus, consistently striving to exceed guest expectations through excellent service.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal Restaurant Manager candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, demonstrated by a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. You should possess previous experience working in 5-star hotels or similar high-end establishments, showcasing a solid background in managing food and beverage operations. Proven leadership skills are essential, with the ability to inspire a team. Additionally, the candidate must have demonstrated experience in staff training and development, ensuring continuous growth and high performance within the team.
