Responsibilities within your new role

As the incoming Administrator, your role entails a diverse range of responsibilities. You will be tasked with handling incoming phone calls, liaising with clients and customers on behalf of the surveyors, coordinating meeting and conference room arrangements, overseeing reception duties, maintaining organised office records and report filing, transcribing meeting minutes and agendas, arranging travel logistics for surveyors, and efficiently managing their schedules. Additionally, you'll be responsible for processing client payments through multiple bank accounts, facilitating collections for past project debts, and effectively managing petty cash within the office.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

As the Administrator at this renowned surveying firm, you will be proactive in ensuring all daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You should have strong experience of working in an office environment preferably within a property business. Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook should be second nature to you along with good organisational skills to ensure that daily tasks are performed in line with deadlines. The ability to work under pressure is essential due to the nature of the role where accuracy is paramount when dealing with sensitive client information. Finally, audio typing experience is essential for this role.
