Responsibilities in your new role as Commercial Property Manager

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and financial aspects of commercial properties. Your responsibilities include managing tenant relations, property upkeep, financial management, marketing and leasing, property inspections, legal compliance, risk management, and administrative tasks. You will aim to maximise the property's value and profitability while ensuring tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The successful candidate should possess prior experience in overseeing a commercial property portfolio, demonstrating proficiency in liaising with both commercial landlords and tenants. The ability to thrive under pressure is essential, along with a commitment to staying updated on relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, coupled with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. We welcome applications from experienced individuals who may not hold MRICS accreditation but exhibit a desire to pursue Chartered status.
