Responsibilities in your new role

As the new Building Surveying Associate, you will collaborate closely with team members to support extensive residential, industrial, commercial, and educational projects throughout the Glasgow area. Your responsibilities will include conducting various surveys, such as preparing schedules of dilapidations, schedules of conditions, and party wall agreements. Additionally, you will manage claims and negotiations with loss adjusters and service providers on behalf of the company.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You should hold an MRICS qualification or be close to completing your APC. You must be capable of working collaboratively within a team while also being able to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously. While knowledge of contract administration is advantageous, the company offers training if needed. A commercial mindset and strong client focus are essential for this role.
