Responsibilities within your new role

As the Commercial Agent, in your new role you will enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities that will keep you engaged and motivated. Your main tasks will revolve around efficiently managing transactions and negotiations, proactively liaising with clients, conducting inspections and measurement surveys on offices/retail and industrial properties, and actively expanding your network to drive new business opportunities.

Given the nature of the role, it is essential that you hold a full driving license, as you will be required to visit various sites to carry out your duties effectively. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your skills and expertise in the field while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate should be a well-versed/well-networked commercial property agent who can demonstrate proven success in acquiring new business. While a minimum of two years of experience is preferred, we are open to considering individuals with diverse backgrounds. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record of consistently achieving targets and meeting deadlines. Familiarity with relevant property legislations and regulations is a must.

Having MRICS accreditation would be advantageous, we are also interested in hearing from candidates who have not obtained it.
