Responsibilities within your new role

The primary duties of the Operations Administrator encompass reviewing and validating data for accuracy and completeness, utilising software tools like Excel to process and analyse extensive datasets. This role also involves the meticulous maintenance of key performance indicator (KPI) data and the creation of comprehensive haulier performance reports. Additionally, you will contribute to the coordination of essential project activities and milestones, preparing meeting agendas, and documenting minutes.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics administration or a relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data processing tools is a prerequisite. Other essential attributes include robust analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and adeptness in managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management methods would be a valuable asset.
