This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities within your new role as a Business Support Administrator

Key responsibilities include supporting ad-hoc and year-end processes, assisting with the annual service charge audit, matching purchase orders with invoices, processing supplier/contractor invoices, and reconciling supplier statements. The role also involves calculating utility recharges, managing petty cash, contributing to budgeting and business planning, collating sales figures, and producing sales reports. Additional duties include reconciling accounts, managing office supplies, handling meeting room bookings, conducting inductions, issuing IT hardware, and acting as the first line of IT contact for outsourced issues.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in processing invoices and using accounting software such as Dwellant or Horizon. A GCSE standard education or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word). Strong analytical skills, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively are essential. Previous experience in accounts administration is desirable.
