Responsibilities within your new role as Sous Chef

  • Acting as the Head Chef during their absence.
  • Coaching and cultivating junior team members' skills.
  • Efficiently managing all kitchen sections.
  • Maintaining current and complete paperwork as needed.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high volume, fast-paced kitchen environment. They should be creative with an eye for detail, organised with good time management skills, and possess strong communication abilities.

A passion for food is essential, as well as the ability to work under time constraints while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
