Responsibilities in your new role as the Chef de Partie

  • Demonstrate proficiency across all kitchen stations and the ability to independently manage a section.
  • Assist senior chefs in mentoring junior team members.
  • Support management in stock takes, organisation, and inventory management.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance service quality and departmental revenue.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of quality are maintained.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be considered for this role of Chef de Partie, you will have previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel setting, with rosette experience considered advantageous but not required. We seek individuals with a positive attitude, dedicated to building up, encouraging, and supporting the team. Attention to detail is crucial, and a passion for all aspects of food and cooking, coupled with awareness of current trends, is highly valued.
