Responsibilities within your new role
In this role as Cafe Manager, your primary duties encompass overseeing the daily functions of the thriving espresso bar, fostering a positive team culture through coaching and mentorship, maintaining regular communication with the Operations Manager, spearheading promotional initiatives to enhance brand recognition, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols, and facilitating staff training and advancement opportunities.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience in a comparable position, demonstrating a track record of effectively leading teams and nurturing staff development. Barista expertise is essential for this role. We desire an individual who exudes passion for cultivating a positive team culture, possesses outstanding communication abilities, and demonstrates adept time management skills.
