Responsibilities in your new role as General Manager

The primary responsibilities include overseeing the hotel's daily operations and managing budgets and retention efforts. This role involves direct reporting to the hotel managing director and is responsible for staff training and development. Additionally, it requires close collaboration with department heads to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in a similar role, particularly within 4 and 5-star hotels, showcasing a proven track record in training and development. Excellent communication skills are essential. Additionally, we seek someone passionate about hospitality, driven and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service, and confident in their ability to communicate effectively with both staff and guests.
