Responsibilities within your new role

As an Audit Manager, you'll lead, plan, and manage the audit team throughout assignments, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. You'll meticulously review financial statements and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Effective communication with clients to grasp their needs and offer strategic recommendations is crucial. Additionally, you'll conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to address potential concerns.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

  • Full CA/ACCA qualification is essential
  • Previous experience in public accounting or audit, demonstrating a successful track record in managing engagements and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
