Responsibilities within your new role

  • Managing a portfolio of clients; planning, controlling and reviewing client work ensuring efficient allocation of resources

  • Reviewing all work received within agreed timescales

  • Actively communicating with partners in relation to their clients

  • Supporting partners at client and third-party meetings

  • Regularly reviewing work in progress and ensuring fees are raised on time

  • Coaching staff members on assignments


Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess an ACCA/CA qualification or an equivalent, or alternatively, be qualified by experience in managing a portfolio. Experience within a professional practice is essential, including the ability to cultivate effective relationships with clients and colleagues across various sectors. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in managing client portfolios, conducting file reviews, and working with FRS 102 clients, both individuals, and groups.
