Responsibilities within your new role as Venue Manager

As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the operation, ensuring all service standards are adhered to, managing all stock, placing orders, and completing all required paperwork. You will also be tasked with meeting financial targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The successful candidate will have previous Venue Manager experience in a similar fast-paced, high-intensity role. You should be a real people person with a lead-from-the-front style of management. Your role as a mentor will be crucial in guiding your team to success.
