Responsibilities within your new role

As the Assistant Coffee House Manager, you will shoulder a range of pivotal responsibilities. This includes supporting the venue manager in the daily operations, overseeing staff training, assuming managerial duties in the absence of the venue manager, handling stock procurement and ordering, and providing supervision to the staff team, among other tasks.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Prior experience in a supervisory role within similar settings is a mandatory requirement. A fundamental understanding of coffee is necessary, coupled with a keen willingness to learn and adapt to diverse situations. Success in this role hinges on possessing an enthusiastic and positive attitude, ensuring a dynamic and engaging approach to your responsibilities.
