Could not recommend stafffinders enough. I met with Chloe, and already she had me in mind for a position that had just come up. She organised the interview, and I was successful. Throughout the temping experience she was always readily available with advice, or help. I am now a permanent employee and could not have done it without stafffinders.
Thank you so much Chloe x
Employment Law Specialist Jobs
Employment Law Specialist jobs involve advising on all aspects of employment law which may affect any aspect of human resources including advertising, recruitment, anti-discrimination legislation, contracts of employment and redundancies.
An Employment Law Specialist can be an experienced HR Practitioner or a qualified Solicitor. An Employment Law Solicitor is likely to be part of a solicitors firm and give advice to organisations for a fee, or work freelance contracting out their services on an ad hoc basis.
Larger organisations may even have a need to permanently employ an Employment Law Solicitor in-house. Non-solicitor Employment Law Specialist jobs are usually very experienced HR Practitioners who, again, could be employed in-house solely in this function, work on a consultancy basis for a management or HR consultancy firm or be self-employed undertaking ad hoc work or projects as required by their client base.
What does an Employment Lawyer do?
- Advising clients on aspects of the law relating to their case.
- Researching documents and previous cases to create legal arguments.
- Drafting or preparing legal documentation, such as contracts or claims.
- Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Ensuring that agreements are implemented.
- If the case reaches court, representing clients or instructing barristers on the case.
