About the Job
As a Recruitment Resourcer, your purpose in Stafffinders will be to provide support to the sales teams by sourcing and providing permanent and temporary staff whilst promoting the services of the company.
Your role will involve communicating with and interviewing prospective candidates, inputting candidate and client data into our database, and searching for vacancy leads.
Additionally, you will see yourself being an integral part in the smooth running of the office by prepping candidates, visiting clients alongside more senior members of staff, reference checking, and filling shifts.

Experience Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

Effective management of multiple tasks, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and tracking recruitment processes.

A focus on providing a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), email, and other basic office software.
