Our Directors
Jane's father founded the business in 1971.
Jane has been the CEO of Stafffinders since 2006, following a successful MBO of the company from her father and sister.
Her journey with the family business began long before her tenure as CEO, as she was Director of Operations for many years after earning a BA in Business Studies.

Jane Wylie-Roberts

Stafffinders is led by Jane, who follows in her father's footsteps has continued to lead the company from strength to strength.
In addition to her leadership at Stafffinders, Jane is also CEO of Kingpin International, a global Tax Recruitment Agency, and has been honoured with the title "Pioneer to the Life of the Nation" by the late Queen Elizabeth II. Along with this, Jane is a dedicated advocate and active member of Family Business United and past Director of a local Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Jane was proudly selected to be a part of the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women EMEIA Class of 2024, as one of two women selected from Scotland.
Jane is also committed to education and community service. She frequently serves as a guest lecturer at a number of universities and business groups, sharing her expertise with aspiring professionals. Her outreach includes visiting schools to educate students about the world of work, with the hope of inspiring the next generation.
Her philanthropic efforts are notable; she has led initiatives such as collecting many thousands of spectacles for distribution in Africa to enhance vision and employment opportunities. Additionally, she serves as a trustee for the Bairdwatson Charitable Trust, which allocates funds to charities that aid individuals from challenging backgrounds in gaining skills, experience, and employment.

Tamlin Roberts

With over two decades building and leading technology-driven businesses, Tamlin spent his career at the intersection of innovation, people and growth.
As Director at Stafffinders & Kingpin International he now focus on how technology can help exceptional professionals find the right roles — and the right organisations — where they can truly thrive.
His background spans everything from founding and scaling a web-solutions agency (Mercurytide), to leading digital learning innovation (BOLT Learning and Sponge). That mix of technical depth and business leadership gives him a unique lens on both sides of the hiring equation — He understand what makes a company great, and what makes a candidate stand out.

John Gaughan

Meet John Gaughan, Associate Director at Stafffinders. With over 16 years of experience in the recruitment industry, John brings a wealth of expertise in IT, digital, and technology recruitment, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

Graeme Reid

Graeme, our dedicated Associate Director, has been with Stafffinders for over 11 years, bringing extensive experience in recruitment strategy, team coordination, and client satisfaction. Starting his career as a recruiter, Graeme has progressively advanced through various roles, gaining deep expertise in talent acquisition and management.
Graeme’s commitment to compliance management ensures our processes align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. His proactive approach not only mitigates risks but also builds trust and enhances operational efficiency.
He leads the integration of new systems within our organisation, blending regulatory requirements with cutting-edge technologies to keep us at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry.
Business Manager
Helen Greaves

Helen brings a wealth of expertise to her role, with 14 years’ experience in high-end, bespoke client and customer-facing sales and a proven track record as a Business Manager at a leading independent Chartered Surveying firm. She has also served as Executive Assistant to a Senior Civil Servant, where she managed a portfolio of around 300 projects valued at £50 billion.
With strong skills in portfolio growth, and project management, Helen is highly regarded for her ability to build and nurture long-term relationships. In her current role, she is instrumental in supporting our CEO, Jane Wylie Roberts, and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running and growth of the business.

Chloe Hill

Chloe carries a proud legacy at Stafffinders, following in the footsteps of her grandmother who was a valued member of the business in the early 70s. As an expert in all things recruitment, Chloe has distinguished herself through her deep industry knowledge and exceptional ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Throughout her 10 years with Stafffinders, she has honed her skills to perfection, specialising in filling those challenging roles that others find daunting. Her knack for identifying top talent and matching them meticulously with the right positions has made her indispensable to the company as she works closely with many local employers to identify their next key hire.

Scott McGarry

Scott is the Team Leader of our hospitality recruitment team. With over four years of invaluable experience at Stafffinders, and a further 17 years of experience within the hospitality sector, Scott has established himself as a renowned expert in the field.
His hospitality industry knowledge not only showcases his expertise but also highlights his commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients and candidates alike.
Scott specialises in sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles. His proficiency extends beyond traditional placements as he excels in filling positions in remote or unconventional locations, leveraging his extensive network and strategic approach to recruitment.
