Experience Required

In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and industry-specific requirements

Proven track record in recruitment, ideally within a similar leadership role, with experience in managing a team

A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
