In this role, with the right attitude and work ethic, you will then have the opportunity to progress to become a Recruitment Consultant.

You will be responsible for the identification and attraction of talented professionals for temporary, permanent or contract positions across a diverse range of companies. In addition to this, you will be managing applicants through every stage of the hiring process and even have the opportunity to be the interviewer by interviewing candidates in person and online.

A recent graduate from University looking to start their career

Associate Recruitment Consultant

You will liaise with candidates and clients while developing a team of Recruitment Consultants and Junior Members to create a robust and successful team.

You will promote the company’s values while guiding your team to maximise results, improve service, and meet financial objectives.

You will manage across our divisions and dealing with a large number of staff. You will work closely with our CEO, other members of the leadership team, and our team of Recruitment Consultants.
