Unconscious Bias and Equality Training

Our team received internal training from Dr. Ishani Roy, CEO and Founder of Serein, focused on unconscious bias, equality, and inclusive recruitment. This helps our consultants recognise and reduce bias throughout the hiring process, ensuring decisions are based on skills, experience, and protentional.

We work with clients to create clear, accessible, and inclusive job descriptions. This includes reviewing language to avoid unnecessary barriers and encouraging applications from a wide range of candidates.
