Recruitment Divisional Manager

About the Job

As a Recruitment Divisional Manager, you will play an integral part in the smooth running of your team. Your purpose will be to convey the company's aims, goals and values at all levels, as well as lead your team to maximise their recruitment activity performance, improve service levels, and achieve their financial targets.

You will support and work closely with your team of Recruitment Consultants so we are looking for a team leader with strong communication skills. Your new job will involve providing quality permanent, contract, and temporary staff of all levels to companies in the UK, promoting the services of both your division and the company. 

We understand that some excellent recruiters are making a return to work or are looking for the flexibility of part-time work. This is something Stafffinders are always open to and would be happy to discuss your availability with you.

Experience Required

  • ​Proven management skills to oversee team performance, set targets, and ensure goals are met 

  • Ability to present and promote the company's services persuasively 

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement of candidates 

  • Familiarity with various recruitment strategies for permanent, contract, and temporary positions 

  • Strong client-facing skills to build and maintain relationships with companies in the UK 

  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK
