Your new job responsibilities 

Reporting directly to the Client Experience Director, the Account Manager will take on an integral role within the business, demonstrating a strong digital understanding and knowledge of a variety of industries. The key responsibilities within this role include implementing media bookings, researching opportunities, liaising with clients on a regular basis and reporting on the performance of campaign activity. 

You will thrive within a fast-paced and hands-on Account Management position and put client engagement at the forefront of everything you do. This role will also involve accurate management of specific client budgets whilst being comfortable and confident in dealing with client queries and requests. 

As the Account Manager, you will be a confident and knowledgeable role model for the Media Executive's and Administrators, having a strong focus on their development by arranging suitable training and mentoring to bring out the best in their skills.
