This organisation is located just a short drive from Glasgow, with great transport links available nearby.

 

Responsibilities in your new role

The Reservations Agent job is a vital position within the 24-hour operation of the organisation. You will be taking reservations, quoting for hires, communicating with our members of the team and affiliates, and generally ensuring the smooth running of the business overnight.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with shifts being 20:15 – 08:15, 4 nights on, 4 nights off.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are presently in search of candidates with prior experience in handling reservations, whether it be in hotel bookings, taxi reservations, or similar domains. Moreover, we are looking for individuals with outstanding communication skills and a cheerful disposition. The perfect candidate will showcase robust organisational abilities and excel at multitasking, especially in bustling work environments. Proficiency in maneuvering through fast-paced scenarios is essential. A thorough comprehension of Scotland's geography and road systems will greatly benefit this role, in addition to fluency in English. Knowledge of extra languages is viewed as a valuable asset.
