Responsibilities in your new role

As the new Office Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and will have a wide variety of responsibilities (hence the multi-task requirement!). Some of the key ones include:

  • Office management, including organisation of office administration.
  • Confidential administration.
  • Marketing, including website management, newsletters and seminars.
  • Organisation of management meetings.
  • Office health and safety requirements
  • Liaise and cooperate with directors and legal team.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

Ideally you will have Office Management experience, in a similar, high quality environment. You must be a highly proficient communicator in order to lead the team and have excellent attention to detail.

You should be flexible and adaptable in your approach, whilst ensuring professionalism in the office at all times. Proactivity and initiative is also essential.
