If you’re looking to join a tight-knit team within a renowned upmarket venue, this is your role. We are working with a unique restaurant venue in the heart of Edinburgh who are looking for a Head Chef to run their kitchen operations.

Responsibilities in your new role as Head Chef

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards
  • Place orders and manage stock levels efficiently
  • Supervise the continuous training and development of the kitchen staff
  • Implement and enforce food hygiene and health & safety protocols

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef who thrives in high-pressure, high-volume environments. The ideal candidate must be adept at leading from the front, demonstrating confidence and composure during peak service times.
