Responsibilities in your new role as Assistant Restaurant Manager

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of the hotel's dining establishment. In the absence of the Manager, you'll step into a leadership position, guiding the team to maintain service excellence. Your responsibilities include training new staff to uphold impeccable standards and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Moreover, you'll be tasked with enforcing Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety regulations to safeguard both guests and staff alike.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking to engage with individuals who have previous experience in a high-volume luxury venue and a proven track record of training team members and supervising staff. If you have a real passion for hospitality and an eagerness to progress, this is the role for you.
