Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant Manager
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will lead by example, providing positive guidance and addressing any performance concerns swiftly. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to the restaurant's success by offering insights into menu choices to optimize profitability and productivity. Ensuring outstanding guest experiences is paramount, requiring prompt attention to their needs and inquiries. Additionally, you will uphold brand standards and remain updated on bar standards, service protocols, product quality, and local health regulations.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisor/assistant manager role is essential, with exposure to a luxury hotel setting preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of F&B and Food Hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in analysing data reports to enhance restaurant performance.
- Eligibility to reside and work in the UK.
