The Role of a Recruitment Resourcer

About the Job

Your purpose in Stafffinders will be to provide support to the sales teams by sourcing and providing permanent and temporary staff whilst promoting the services of the company.

On a daily basis, your role will involve communicating with and interviewing prospective candidates, inputting candidate and client data into our database, and searching for vacancy leads.

Additionally, you will see yourself being an integral part in the smooth running of the office by prepping candidates, visiting clients alongside more senior members of staff, reference checking, and filling shifts.
