You'll have excellent attention to detail and take great care with everything you do, whilst being able to meet targets in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
You should have outstanding communication skills in order to effectively communicate with the kitchen team and liaise with other departments within the property, to make sure food service runs efficiently and to a high standard.
